As part of our explaining tour of the Saraya resort in the Gulf countries, a delegation from CAPHY Real Estate Company toured Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
A number of seminars were held on the Saraya project in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. A number of Bahraini and Saudi investors were also briefed on the product and the advantages of the products in order to encourage them to invest and buy in the resort because of its advantages especially for the Gulf countries.
Our tour to Saudi Arabia included the city of Jeddah and has been a number of seminars in the city of Jeddah to introduce the project Saraya and the benefits of investment. Also been presented a number of projects completed by CAPHY real estate in terms of luxury housing.
Our tour in Bahrain was also attended by the Ambassador of Bosnia in Bahrain. Meetings were held with many citizens in Bahrain in order to familiarize them with the company’s current projects, the most important of which is the Saraya project in Bosnia.
A number of workshops were held in Abu Dhabi, highlighting the Saraya project in Bosnia, how to invest and own property, and also talking about the different forms of units that are suitable for everyone looking for an investment opportunity and also about the advantages of living in Bosnia and the city where the project is located.
